Do you work on corrugated pantech bodies?

This online pricing is for flat (non-corrugated) pantech panels only. Corrugated panels require additional preparation and specialist techniques. Please contact us directly for a custom quote on corrugated pantech bodies.

How long does the signage last?

What artwork file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept print-ready PDF (preferred), AI, EPS or high-resolution TIFF/PNG (300 dpi at final size, CMYK colour mode). All fonts must be outlined to paths. Include a minimum 10mm bleed on all edges. For Cut Out Vinyl, supply artwork as vectors (AI or EPS) — raster files can be used but may limit fine-detail reproduction. A $150 setup and file preparation fee applies to all pantech orders.

Can you match our existing brand colours?

Yes — for Full Panel Printing, supply your Pantone references and we'll profile-match as closely as digital printing allows (typically within 2–3 ΔE). For Cut Out Vinyl, we stock an extensive range of Orafol and 3M colours; if you supply a Pantone swatch we'll match to the closest available vinyl. Exact Pantone spot colour cannot be guaranteed on digital print, but fleet colour consistency across multiple vehicles is achievable by running all panels in the same batch.

How do you handle fleet orders across multiple cities?

Fleet orders spanning multiple capital cities are quoted as a single job with coordinated installation scheduling. We work with our national installer network to stagger install dates around your vehicle availability. One point of contact, one invoice. Minimum fleet discount applies from 3 vehicles — contact us with your fleet size for a tailored rate.

Can I see a proof before production starts?

Yes — a digital proof is provided for every order at no extra charge. Production only begins after you approve the proof in writing (via our online proof portal or by email). We strongly recommend checking all phone numbers, URLs and addresses at proof stage, as text errors on installed signage require a full reprint.

Is GST included in the prices shown?

No — prices shown in the calculator are ex GST. 10% GST is added at checkout. Your invoice will itemise the ex-GST amount, GST, and total for your BAS or accounting records.

Question 14

What's the warranty on truck pantech signage?

Accepted Answer

Materials are warranted against delamination, fading and adhesive failure for 3 years from the installation date under normal commercial use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, chemical exposure, pressure washing or vehicles stored outdoors without UV cover for extended periods. Contact us if you notice any lifting or fading — we'll assess and rectify at no charge within the warranty period.
