When does the production clock start?
Production timing starts after payment clears and the production proof is approved, not when the first enquiry is submitted.
Can Platinum promise next-day production?
Only where the product, quantity, artwork and production capacity make that safe. Rush requests are reviewed before a deadline is confirmed.
Is delivery time included in production time?
No. Production time is the time to manufacture and dispatch or prepare for pickup. Carrier transit time starts after dispatch.
Why are some jobs quote-first?
Oversized freight, installation, mixed product kits, site access, unusual materials and hard campaign dates all need a human check before timing is safe.
