Standard safety signs

Standard safety signs marked Available to order can be purchased online. Most standard safety-sign orders dispatch the next business day after payment. Delivery is available Australia-wide; courier transit is additional and varies by destination and service. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

The delivery charge for your standard signs is calculated from the selected items and delivery address and shown before payment. If delivery needs a manual quote, that charge must be confirmed before you can pay. For a larger or time-critical order, contact us with your quantity, postcode and required-by date before ordering.

Custom signs in the same basket are a separate request for review. They are not charged with your standard safety signs; custom delivery charges and proof approval are handled separately. The indicative rates and production times below describe other signage orders.

We ship Australia-wide. Large or fragile signage is carried by our dedicated couriers and pallet carriers, not standard parcel networks — we’ve learnt the hard way that signage doesn’t survive a sort facility.

1. Sydney metro

Indicative Sydney metro rates (ex GST):

  • Orders $150–$250: $35
  • Orders $250–$1,000: $50
  • Any item over 1,200mm (longest side), under 25 kg: $100
  • Full-sheet items (1,800 × 1,220mm+): $150 per delivery
  • Loads over 150 kg: quoted on case-by-case basis

2. Interstate

Small parcels under 1,200mm and 25 kg are quoted live at checkout. Larger items and pallets are quoted by our team — we’ll email a shipping cost before we invoice.

3. Lead times

Dispatch times begin after proof approval and payment clearing. Typical lead times:

  • Printed graphics, decals, A-frames: 3–5 business days
  • Acrylic letters & fabricated signage: 5–10 business days
  • Large shopfront & 3D fabricated jobs: 10–20 business days
  • Installation scheduled separately after dispatch.

4. Receiving delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive goods. If we need to redeliver, a redelivery fee applies. Inspect your order on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery note — this helps us resolve claims quickly.

5. International

We don’t ship outside Australia from the website. Contact us for custom projects.
