Acrylic sign printing for business

Custom Acrylic, Perspex & Plexiglass Signs

Choose custom acrylic signage for offices, reception areas, retail displays and wayfinding. Each acrylic sign board is UV printed from your logo or artwork, then CO2 laser cut with clean, polished edges. Select clear, white, black or opal acrylic in 3mm, 4.5mm or 6mm options.

Acrylic, Perspex and plexiglass are common names for the same PMMA material. This online product is for flat printed panels and logo signs—not fabricated 3D letters, cut lettering, lightboxes or illuminated logos.

Clear, protected print

Clear acrylic is reverse printed behind the panel for a smooth face and visual depth. Add solid white backing or keep selected colours transparent.

Designed for your brand

Print company logos, brand colours, office directories, room names and directional information across one panel or a coordinated set.

Proofed before production

Upload print-ready artwork or request artwork assistance. Our team checks the file and sends a proof for approval before manufacturing begins.

Where Printed Acrylic Signs Work Best

The glass-like finish and polished edge make acrylic especially effective in close-viewed professional environments. It is lighter and safer to handle than glass while providing more visual depth than foam board or corflute.

Acrylic Sign FAQs

Are acrylic, Perspex and plexiglass signs the same product?

Yes. Acrylic is the material, Perspex is a widely used brand name in Australia and plexiglass is another common name for PMMA sheet. This product is a custom UV-printed acrylic panel, whichever of those terms you use.

Is this a flat printed panel or a 3D fabricated sign?

This online product is a flat acrylic panel with your artwork UV printed directly onto it. It can be rectangular or contour cut, but it is not fabricated lettering, raised letters, a lightbox or an illuminated 3D logo. Contact us for those custom-built products.

Where is the print applied?

Clear acrylic ordered online is reverse printed behind the panel for a smooth, protected face and visual depth. White, black and opal acrylic are printed on the front surface. A white backing for solid, vivid colour is included at no extra charge.

What thickness should I choose?

For most office, reception and retail wall signs, 3mm or 4.5mm is ideal. Choose 6mm clear, white or black acrylic for larger panels that need extra rigidity. Opal acrylic is available in 3mm and 4.5mm.

What is the available size range?

The minimum panel size is 50mm by 50mm and the maximum single-panel size is 2440mm by 1220mm. Larger installations can be split across multiple coordinated panels.

Can acrylic signs be used outdoors?

Yes, when correctly specified and mounted. UV-printed acrylic commonly lasts three to five years outdoors, while reverse printing behind clear acrylic gives the ink additional protection. For permanent, fully exposed shopfront fascia signs, ACM or aluminium is usually the better substrate.

How long does production take?

Standard production is five business days from artwork approval to dispatch. A three-business-day fast-production option is available in the configurator. Delivery time is separate and depends on the destination and carrier.

Do you deliver acrylic signs Australia-wide?

Yes. We manufacture in Sydney and deliver to businesses throughout Australia, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and regional locations. Delivery is calculated or quoted separately from production.

What artwork files can I supply?

PDF, AI, EPS and SVG vector files are preferred. We also accept PSD, TIFF and high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Supply artwork at final size with 3mm bleed where possible; we send an artwork proof before production begins.

Can you print a company logo on a clear acrylic sign?

Yes. Company logos, brand colours, office directories and wayfinding designs can be printed on clear, white, black or opal acrylic. Clear panels can use solid white backing or a transparent colour effect depending on the required appearance.

How should I mount an acrylic sign?

Pre-drilled holes with stainless steel panel mounts create the familiar floating reception-sign look. Adhesive can suit smaller, lighter panels on compatible smooth surfaces. Fixings must match the panel size, wall construction and site conditions.

How do I clean an acrylic sign?

Use a clean microfibre cloth with mild soapy water, then dry with a second soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, paper towel, ammonia, acetone and solvent cleaners because they can scratch or haze acrylic.

Need a custom acrylic installation?
