How do I qualify for a trade account?
Applications are reviewed case by case by our sales team — there's no spend threshold to qualify or to keep your account. We set your discount tier when the account opens and adjust it over time as your order history builds.
Can I get 30-day terms straight away?
Terms are offered on approval after a short credit check. First few orders may be prepaid while history builds — once in place, 30-day terms are automatic.
Can you drop-ship to my client unbranded?
Yes. Provide the delivery address and your PO reference — packaging is plain, no Platinum Signs branding on the label.
Do trade prices apply to custom and bespoke signs?
Yes. Your trade tier applies to catalogue products and bespoke quotes. Custom work is quoted individually with your trade margin pre-applied.
