Made from two 0.3mm aluminium sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, our 3mm ACM panels are lightweight yet incredibly rigid — perfect for both indoor and outdoor signage across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Australia-wide.
We UV direct print your design onto the ACM surface using our high-resolution flatbed printer, delivering vibrant, full-colour graphics with sharp detail. Every panel is CNC router cut to your exact specifications, from 100mm x 100mm up to a full sheet at 2440mm x 1220mm.

ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) consists of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, creating a panel that is lightweight, rigid, and weather-resistant. Standard thickness is 3mm. It is one of the most widely used substrates for professional signage worldwide.
With our standard UV direct print finish, ACM signs typically last 4–5 years outdoors without significant fading. Adding a protective laminate helps extend that life, depending on the environment and exposure. Anti-graffiti laminate also protects against vandalism.
Our maximum single panel size is 2440mm x 1220mm (a full ACM sheet). For larger signs, we can produce multi-panel installations that are joined on-site for a seamless look. Contact us for custom large-format solutions.
Minimum print size is 100mm x 100mm. For very small panels or labels, consider our asset labels or acrylic coaster products, which are purpose-built for smaller formats.
Yes. Double-sided printing is available for an additional surcharge. This is ideal for hanging signs, A-frame inserts, or any panel that will be viewed from both sides.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. For best results, supply vector artwork at actual size with 3mm bleed. If you need design help, select one of our design packages in the calculator above.
Standard production is 5 business days from artwork approval to dispatch. A 3-business-day express production option is available at checkout. Delivery time is additional on top of production.
Yes. We dispatch Australia-wide. Sydney metro is handled by our Go Logistics courier (same-day or next-day). Interstate orders ship via Transdirect with live tracking. Delivered Australia-wide.
Yes. Our roll-fed press and UV flatbed presses achieve 95% Pantone coverage. Supply your Pantone number or a digital brand-guide reference and we will colour-match during pre-press. A printed proof can be supplied for critical colour work on request.
Yes. We install Sydney metro at $120/hr per installer (minimum 2 installers, 3-hour minimum visit). Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra installations are quoted separately. Pre-drilled mounting holes and fixing hardware are supplied at no cost for self-installation.
Our standard UV finish is weatherproof and fade-resistant, and suits most indoor and outdoor signage. A gloss or matt laminate adds extra UV protection and extends outdoor life. Anti-graffiti laminate is recommended for public-facing signs in high-traffic areas — spray paint and marker can be wiped off without damaging the print.
Yes. We CNC-route ACM on our flatbed CNC router J CNC (3078 x 1563mm bed). Custom shapes, letters, logos, and cutouts are all standard. Supply vector cut paths in your artwork file or we can draw them for you.
ACM is one of the most common substrates for shopfront fascia, pylon signs, building identification, and directory signage in Australia. It is lightweight, weather-rated, and accepts premium UV-printed branding with true colour accuracy.
All ACM signs come with a 12-month warranty against print fading, delamination, and manufacturing defects when used as intended outdoors. Extended warranties up to 5 years are available with premium laminate options.
