Our poly signs are UV direct printed onto a smooth 1.6mm white polypropylene sheet, producing vivid, full-colour graphics that are waterproof, fade-resistant, and built to handle Australian weather conditions.
Every poly print is produced in-house using our high-resolution UV flatbed printer and CNC router. We cut each panel to your exact specifications — from 100mm x 100mm up to a full sheet at 2440mm x 1220mm. No lamination is required as the UV-cured ink bonds directly to the poly surface, creating a durable, scratch-resistant finish.

Polypropylene signs are made from a solid, smooth white plastic sheet that is 1.6mm thick. Unlike corrugated materials like Corflute, poly is a flat, rigid sheet with no internal fluting. It produces clean, vibrant UV direct prints and is one of the most cost-effective sign substrates available. Poly signs and poly print products are popular across construction, real estate, events, and general outdoor signage.

Polypropylene signs with UV direct printing typically last 2–4 years outdoors depending on UV exposure and weather conditions. The material itself is waterproof, chemical-resistant, and will not rot, rust, or delaminate. For permanent long-term outdoor signage (5+ years), we recommend ACM aluminium composite panels.
Our polypropylene sheets are 2440mm x 1220mm (a full sheet). This is the maximum single panel size. The minimum size is 100mm x 100mm. For larger installations, we can produce multi-panel arrangements. All panels are CNC router cut to your exact specifications.
Yes! Double-sided poly print is available for an additional surcharge. This is ideal for real estate signs mounted on stakes, hanging signs, or any panel that will be viewed from both sides. Both sides receive the same high-quality UV direct print on the white poly surface.
We offer pre-drilled holes for easy mounting with screws, bolts, cable ties, or zip ties. Choose from 2 holes (top corners), 4 holes (all corners), or 6 holes for larger panels. Custom contour cutting is also available for shaped signs. Note: eyelets are not available on polypropylene — only drilled holes. There is no lamination on poly signs as the UV direct print is durable and scratch-resistant.
Both are lightweight plastic sign substrates, but they differ in structure. Corflute is a corrugated (fluted) twin-wall sheet that is thicker and slightly more rigid. Polypropylene is a solid, smooth 1.6mm sheet that produces a cleaner, flatter print surface. Poly signs are thinner, lighter, and generally more affordable for flat signage applications. Choose poly for a smooth printed finish and corflute when extra rigidity is needed.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. For best results, supply vector artwork at actual size with 10mm bleed on all edges. If you need design help, select one of our design packages in the calculator above.
Yes — polypropylene (PP) is a recyclable thermoplastic marked with the resin code #5. At end of life, clean sheets can be deposited at soft plastics collection points or commercial recycling facilities that accept PP. We recommend removing any eyelets or fasteners before recycling.
There is no minimum quantity per se, but a $250 minimum order value applies per order. For single large signs (e.g. 1200×900mm) this is easily reached. For very small signs or small quantities, our automated pricing calculator will display the order minimum notice and adjust accordingly.
Yes — our large-format UV flatbed printer uses UV-cured inks that bond directly to the polypropylene surface, providing excellent scratch and fade resistance without lamination. Expect 2–4 years of colour stability outdoors. For longer-term outdoor use, consider ACM panels with UV-resistant inks and an optional laminate.
Yes — all polypropylene signs are printed and cut in our Australian production facility. We use a large-format UV flatbed printer and CNC router for precise cutting. Standard turnaround is 2–4 business days after artwork approval, with delivery Australia-wide.
