Wood Printing — Printed & Cut In-House
Our wood printing service puts full-colour graphics straight onto raw timber board with UV direct printing — no vinyl application, no film lamination. The UV-cured ink bonds directly into the board's surface, so the finish is matte, tactile, and reads as part of the panel rather than a layer sitting on top of it. Unprinted areas show the timber's natural tone and grain.
Every panel is printed in-house on our UV flatbed press, then cut on our CO₂ laser or CNC router. Choose a standard rectangle or a custom shape cut to any vector outline. The right board depends on where the sign is going and how it should look — here's how the four compare.

Two Ways We Cut Timber— Laser or Router
We run two cutting technologies in-house, on every thickness we offer, and they give two different edges. Neither is a compromise — pick the one that suits the piece.

Both leave a sharp, finished edge. If you have a preference, say so with your artwork — otherwise we'll pick whichever suits the shape you've sent.
Wood Cut to Size
Every panel is cut to size as part of your order — any rectangle from 100mm x 100mm up to a full sheet, or a custom shape cut to your vector outline on the CO₂ laser or CNC router. Need unprinted cut-to-size timber blanks? Contact us and we'll quote the cutting on its own.

For projects that need a sealed, sprayed, automotive-grade finish — clear over the print or full colour — we offer 2-pac coated timber panels. It's a project-quoted service we reserve mostly for larger, typically architectural work: feature walls, joinery-integrated panels and premium fitouts. It isn't part of the online calculator — the right build-up depends on the details involved, so reach out and we'll discuss your project.
