Our plywood printing service puts full-colour graphics straight onto marine or birch plywood with UV direct printing — no vinyl application, no film lamination. The UV-cured ink bonds directly into the sanded face veneer, so the finish is matte, tactile, and reads as part of the panel rather than a layer on top of it. Unprinted areas show the natural timber grain — a look designers deliberately build into signage, retail, event, and architectural work.
Choose marine-grade plywood for robust, outdoor-capable panels, or premium pale birch plywood for refined interior work. Both boards provide a clean face veneer for direct printing. Every panel is printed and cut in-house: choose a standard rectangle or a CO₂ laser cut custom shape with the signature layered edge. Panels run from 100mm x 100mm up to a full 2440mm x 1220mm sheet, in two stocked thicknesses: 6mm and 12mm.
In one line: marine ply goes outside, birch ply looks better inside. Both are UV direct printed and cut in-house on the same machines — the difference is the board itself.

Both leave a sharp, finished edge. If you have a preference, say so with your artwork — otherwise we'll pick whichever suits the shape you've sent.
Every panel is plywood cut to size as part of your order — choose any rectangle from 100mm x 100mm up to a full 2440 x 1220mm sheet, or supply a vector outline and we'll cut the shape exactly on the CO₂ laser or the CNC router. Cutting is included in the price above; a custom contour adds a per-metre charge based on the shape and board thickness. Need unprinted cut-to-size marine ply blanks?
