The vacuum-formed style has a gently domed face and includes both wall and ceiling brackets — plug-and-play, the fastest install of the range. Ceiling suspended includes a 1.2m hanging bar for shopping-centre and under-awning presentations. Single-sided wall mount sits flush to the facade like a round illuminated plaque.

Yes. Powder-coated aluminium (double-sided) or galvanised steel (single-sided) frames, 3mm opal acrylic faces, and an IP67-rated LED driver suit both indoor and outdoor installation, and the LED system complies with Australian electrical safety standards.

What does the printed graphics option include?

Full-colour graphics printed on the opal acrylic face — both faces on double-sided units. Pricing scales with diameter and is shown live in the configurator. Supply your artwork after ordering (PDF, AI, or high-resolution format) and our design team emails a proof for your approval before anything goes to print.

What frame colours are available?

Black is the standard finish (gloss powder-coat on double-sided units, satin on single-sided). For a custom colour matched to your brand, we respray in-house — this adds $350 per unit. Send your RAL or Pantone code, or a paint swatch, and we'll match it.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — automatic tier pricing: 3–5 units save 5%, 6–10 units save 10%, and 11+ units save 15% off the unit price (including graphics and custom colour). Delivery stays one flat fee per order regardless of quantity.

How much power does a rounded lightbox use?

Accepted Answer

Very little — the LED system runs on a 12V DC IP67 driver and a typical unit draws around 50W. Annual running cost is approximately $20–$40 at standard Australian electricity rates when run 12 hours per day.

Do I need an electrician?

Accepted Answer

Not for a standard installation. Every lightbox ships with the LED driver pre-wired to roughly 1.5m of flex and a standard 3-pin plug — position it, plug it in, and it's lit. If you prefer a concealed hard-wired connection, any licensed electrician can do this; we supply the wiring details.

What's included with each lightbox?

Plain lightboxes (no graphics) typically dispatch within 5–7 business days. With printed graphics, allow 10–12 business days including your artwork proof approval. Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes — flat $85 delivery per order anywhere in Australia, no matter the quantity, or pick up free from Botany NSW. Every unit ships boxed with protective packaging.

Can you match a specific Pantone or brand colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the $350 custom colour surcharge covers RAL or Pantone colour matching, resprayed and quality-checked in-house. For critical brand work (franchise rollouts, corporate facade installs), supply a paint chip or swatch card and we’ll provide a sample for sign-off before full production.

Do you offer installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes for Sydney metro at $120/hr per installer (2-installer minimum for signs above 700mm diameter or above head-height, 3-hour call-out minimum). Because the units are plug-and-play, most installs need no electrician — if you want a concealed hard-wired connection we can coordinate a licensed electrician. Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra installs routed through our vetted contractor network.

What warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

12-month warranty on frame, LEDs, and driver. If a driver or module ever fails within warranty, we arrange a fast replacement. After the warranty expires, replacement drivers and LED modules remain available — the frame itself typically lasts many years beyond that.

Do you offer trade pricing for retail, hospitality, or signage resellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trade accounts are open to retail chains, hospitality groups with multi-venue signage, signage resellers, sign-making trade agencies, and fitout companies specifying custom illuminated signage.
