Our system uses high-efficiency 24V LED modules inside a sealed acrylic cavity, giving even face illumination or clean halo lighting depending on the spec. Complete with transformer, cabling, and mounting hardware — just wire up and mount.
All fabrication is done in-house in our own factory by our acrylic specialists. Each letter set passes QC against the approved proof including letter spacing, depth uniformity, face finish consistency, and — for LED letters — light even-ness test and electrical safety check before dispatch.
