From $115Which rigid substrate should you choose? For long-term outdoor use on shopfronts or facades, 3mm ACM (Aluminium Composite Panel) is the industry standard — lightweight, rust-proof, and UV-stable for 5+ years. For heavier-duty wayfinding or street signs, solid 2mm aluminium lasts 10+ years but costs more and weighs more. For short-term events, real estate, or election signage, 5mm corflute is the budget-friendly choice (3-6 month lifespan). Foam PVC and brushed ACM fill the premium-finish niche for reception and corporate branding.
All rigid signs print on our large-format UV flatbed press (up to 3200 × 2000mm substrate, 50mm thick) or finish on our precision CNC router for custom contour cuts. Optional matte, gloss, or anti-graffiti lamination extends outdoor life and makes cleaning easier — worth the modest upcharge for any public-facing install.
