Screenboard is our go-to for fast, vibrant retail signage. It's a 2mm FSC-certified cardboard (1100gsm), printed edge-to-edge on our UV flatbed in full colour. It is rigid enough to stand on a countertop or hang from a ceiling and light enough to ship flat.
Every Screenboard is cut to shape on our CCD-registered precision knife cutter — custom contour / die-cut shapes are included at no extra charge. Sizes run from A4 through A0 as standard, plus fully custom up to 2400mm x 1200mm.

Screenboard is a 2mm-thick FSC-certified cardboard, 1100gsm — lightweight and rigid for indoor point-of-sale displays. It is printed in full colour directly on our UV flatbed.
Screenboard is designed for indoor and short-term sheltered use — point of sale displays, header cards, shelf talkers, countertop signage, hanging POS, event drops and short-run posters. For weatherproof outdoor signage choose ACM, Aluminium, Colorbond or Corflute.
Standard A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 are supported, plus fully custom dimensions from 100×100mm up to a maximum sheet size of 2400×1200mm. Need something bigger? We'll run it as multiple boards — contact us for a custom quote.
Yes — custom contour / die-cut shapes are included at no extra charge on Screenboard. Supply your cut line as a vector path alongside the artwork and our CCD-registered precision knife cutter takes care of it.
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on every size for an additional surcharge. Ideal for hanging POS cards, shelf signs and any board viewed from both sides.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. Supply vector artwork at actual size with 3mm bleed. If you need design help, select one of our design packages in the calculator above.
Orders under $110 typically dispatch in 24 hours after proof approval, $110–$330 within 48 hours, and larger or bulk orders within 3–7 business days. Select Rush or Fast delivery at checkout for guaranteed turnaround.
There is no minimum quantity, but a $90 minimum order value applies. For single A4 or A3 cards this is easy to reach. The calculator will display a minimum order notice if your configuration falls below this threshold.
Yes — Screenboard supports multi-design orders. Each additional artwork beyond the first incurs a small file-prep surcharge. Set the number of designs in the calculator, then upload each artwork file at checkout.
Screenboard is available with a gloss, matte, or soft-touch laminate for an additional surcharge. Laminating adds scratch resistance and moisture protection, extending display life for high-traffic POS environments. Select your lamination preference in the calculator above.
Screenboard (1100gsm FSC cardboard, 2mm) is lighter, more eco-friendly, and more cost-effective for short-run POS. Foam PVC (3–5mm) is heavier, more rigid, and longer-lasting. For permanent displays or humid environments (cafes, bathrooms), choose Foam PVC. For trade shows, retail season drops, and short-run shelf cards, Screenboard is the smarter choice.
Yes — all Screenboard is printed and cut in our own facility on a large-format UV flatbed printer and CCD-registered precision knife cutter. Water-based UV inks are food-safe for retail environments. Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days after artwork approval, with delivery Australia-wide.
