LOTO tag buying checklist
Use personal Danger tags (red/black) for individual worker lockout — one per worker, not shared. Use Out-of-Service tags (yellow/black) for isolated-for-repair equipment. Cable ties must be heat-resistant for tags on hot equipment. Keep a supply at every switchboard and LOTO station.
