Product details

Identify the actual spill-kit location

Place the sign at, above or immediately beside the spill kit it identifies. Confirm the equipment is present and accessible at that point, and keep the complete SPILL KIT legend visible on the normal approach without blocking the kit or its instructions.

Match the kit to the site risk

The sign identifies a location; it does not choose the response equipment. Have the responsible site people confirm that the kit type, capacity and contents are suitable for the substances, quantities, safety data sheets, foreseeable spills, disposal arrangements and worker procedures.

Choose a landscape size and material

Polypropylene is the default rigid option. Vinyl suits a prepared smooth surface, Corflute suits temporary placement, and Colorbond steel provides a stronger mechanically fixed face. Choose 300 × 200 mm for compact close-range identification or 450 × 300 mm for greater prominence.

Keep route guidance and response procedures separate

The exact artwork has no arrow and is not a spill-response instruction. Add separately verified directional signs where the kit cannot be seen from a genuine decision point, and maintain the site's training, safety data sheets, response procedure, inspection and restocking arrangements separately.

Check the sign format before ordering

This printed sign identifies an installed spill-kit location. It does not select, include, inspect, restock or certify the kit and does not replace safety data sheets, spill-response procedures, training or other controls. Confirm the site-specific equipment and applicable requirements before ordering.

Before ordering

  • Confirm that a spill kit is installed at the location the sign will identify.
  • Check that the exact text-only SPILL KIT legend and no-arrow landscape format match the required site message.
  • Have the responsible site people confirm the kit type, capacity and contents against the substances, risks and response plan.
  • Choose 300 × 200 mm or 450 × 300 mm, the material and a fixing method suited to the surface, exposure and sightline.
  • Confirm access, directional signs, SDS information, procedures, training, inspection and restocking separately from the sign order.

This is general product information, not legal or engineering advice. A safety sign is one part of a workplace control system; confirm the site and jurisdictional requirements before ordering.
