Where a No Smoking on Premises sign is useful
Use the sign at workplace, factory, warehouse, office, loading-area and managed-building approaches where the premises or controlled area operates under a smoke-free rule. Position it before entry so workers, contractors, visitors and customers can act on the instruction. For fuel, flammable-liquid, gas, oxygen or hazardous-chemical locations, use the more specific ignition-control sign required by the risk assessment rather than relying on this general premises legend alone.
Choose the material for the installation
Polypropylene is the default rigid material for routine indoor and general site use. Self-adhesive vinyl is intended for a clean, smooth and dry surface. Corflute is the economical choice for temporary or shorter-term placement. Colorbond steel is the stronger rigid option for mechanically fixed installations. Select a readable size and position
