Every banner is heat-welded on all four edges and finished with your choice of clear plastic eyelets, enclosed rope, or 75mm rod pockets — ready to mount, tie, or hang straight out of the box.

Vinyl banners own the large-format, low-cost-per-square-metre end of outdoor signage. Compared to fabric banners, vinyl offers a durable, wipe-clean surface and flexible finishing options. Mesh allows more airflow than solid vinyl, but every fence, scaffold or elevated installation still needs a site-specific safety assessment. For repeated indoor events, fabric or pull-up banners are the premium step up in finish quality. Here's how the options compare:

Outdoor banner installation must be assessed for the site's wind exposure, banner size and height, supporting structure and proposed fixings. Generic force figures or eyelet spacing alone cannot establish that an installation is safe. Use appropriately rated fixings and obtain professional installation or engineering advice for large, elevated, exposed or public-area installations. Vinyl banners are designed for multiple use cycles. Between uses, roll (don't fold) the banner with the print face outwards to prevent creases in the ink layer. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge — avoid solvent-based cleaners, which can damage the latex ink surface. Store rolled banners in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight. For sports clubs and event companies running repeat sponsor banner cycles, we can reprint from artwork files held on record.
Every banner is printed on our large-format roll-fed press (1600mm print width, water-based latex ink), heat-welded and finished in-house with clear plastic eyelets where selected. We keep 540gsm blockout PVC in stock so standard production is 3 business days, with Express 48-hour production available for a 25% print surcharge.
