How long do For Lease / For Sale decals last outdoors?

Can I reuse the decals on different properties?

Accepted Answer

Static cling decals (no adhesive) can be peeled off and repositioned on other windows. Standard removable vinyl is designed for single use — once removed, the adhesive will not restick reliably. For agencies managing multiple properties, we recommend ordering in bulk to take advantage of volume discounts.

What is the maximum size you can produce?

Our large-format roll-fed press prints up to 1,600mm wide in any length. For windows wider than 1,600mm, we print in multiple panels with a precise overlap join. The join is barely visible once installed. There is no maximum length.

Question 4

Do you offer double-sided printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Double-sided printing makes the decal readable from both sides of the glass — perfect for ground-floor windows or glass doors where visibility from inside is also important. Double-sided printing carries a 60% surcharge on the base print cost.

Can I add my agency branding (logo, colours, phone number)?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer two branding tiers: Basic ($35) adds your logo and contact number to a standard layout. Full Custom ($75) creates a fully branded design with your agency colours, logo, tagline, and QR code or website. Select the branding option in the calculator.

Do you offer volume discounts for property management companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer tiered volume discounts: 5% off for 10+ units, 10% off for 25+, 15% off for 50+, and 20% off for 100+ units. Discounts are applied automatically in the calculator. For ongoing accounts with regular orders, contact us for custom pricing.

How quickly can I get my decals?

Accepted Answer

Standard production is 5 business days from artwork approval. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Fast turnaround (3 business days) is available for +25%, and rush orders (24 hours) for +50%. Transit is typically 1–3 business days for metro areas.

What message options are available?

Accepted Answer

We offer seven standard messages: For Lease, For Sale, For Rent, Available Now, Sold, Leased, and Coming Soon. Each can be customised with your agency branding. If you need a custom message not listed, select “I need a custom design” in the artwork section.

Question 9

What vinyl material is used?

Accepted Answer

We use Orafol premium removable vinyl — a cast vinyl with a clean-removal adhesive that leaves no residue on glass for up to 2 years. For double-sided decals, a second printed layer is bonded back-to-back with an optical clear laminate between layers, ensuring both sides read cleanly without show-through.

Can I get a QR code on my For Lease / For Sale decal?

Yes — QR codes can be included in any design. They reproduce cleanly at sizes from 30mm upward on our UV latex press. Most agencies link their QR code to a property listing URL (REA, Domain) or an agency contact page. If your listing URL changes between print and installation, we recommend a QR redirect service (QR Code Generator, Bitly) so you can update the destination without reprinting.

How do I install the window decal?

Clean the glass thoroughly with an isopropyl alcohol wipe and allow to dry. Peel back a few centimetres of the backing, align the decal, then slowly peel and squeegee as you go to eliminate air bubbles. For large decals (1200mm+), a second person and a squeegee tool (included with orders over 900mm) are strongly recommended. Full installation instructions are included with every order.

Will the decal damage the glass or window frame when removed?

Accepted Answer

Removable vinyl is specifically formulated for clean removal from flat glass — it will not leave adhesive residue on commercial glazing when removed within the rated 2-year window. Avoid applying to etched glass, frosted film, or tinted film surfaces as the adhesive may interact differently. Static cling versions (no adhesive at all) are available for situations where even minimal adhesive is not acceptable.

Do you supply to real estate agencies on account?

Yes — we offer trade accounts for real estate agencies and property managers with regular reorder volumes. Trade accounts include a dedicated account manager, net-30 payment terms, and priority production scheduling. Contact us with your agency name and estimated monthly volume to set up an account.

Is GST included in the prices shown?

Accepted Answer

All prices in the calculator are shown including GST (10%). Your invoice will itemise the ex-GST amount and GST component for your BAS. Trade account holders on net-30 receive invoices with the same GST breakdown.
