P2.5 or P3.9 — which should I pick?

If viewers regularly get within 3 m of the wall, go P2.5. If the wall is 4 m+ away from the audience (event stage backdrop, large venue, big foyer) P3.9 is sharper per dollar. P2.9 is the sensible middle ground and is what 60% of our retail installs ship with.

How big does the wall need to be to beat LCD?

Above 3×3 (nine LCD screens) LED starts beating LCD on total cost once you factor in the 3–5 mm bezel running through your content. Above 4×4 LED wins on every measure — one processor, one warranty, no bezels, brighter, thinner, lighter, and it's scalable to any shape (not just rectangles of 55" or 65" panels).

Can I use it as a curved wall or concave shape?

Yes — cabinets are modular and we can step them to form concave, convex or complex multi-angle walls. For truly smooth curves, see our Curved / Cylindrical LED product.

What's the warranty really cover?

5 years on LED modules, receiving cards and internal power supplies. We hold spare modules in Sydney for same-day dispatch Australia-wide. Processors carry manufacturer warranty (usually 3 years). Labour for on-site swaps is included in the first 12 months; beyond that we charge standard install rates.
