How is this different from a commercial LCD TV on a stand?

LED posters are 2–3× brighter (vital in daylight-lit shopping centres), have no polarised viewing angle (everyone sees them at full colour), don't image-burn, and last 50,000+ hours vs ~30,000 for commercial LCD. They're also seamless — no bezel if you put two together — and the cloud CMS is built in, not bolted on via BrightSign.

Do I need Wi-Fi or data?

The unit ships with a 4G SIM slot; we supply a business-grade Telstra SIM with 10 GB/month for $25/month if you don't want to hand out Wi-Fi access. For cafes and retailers with their own Wi-Fi, LAN and Wi-Fi work out of the box.

Can I run a fleet of 20 across my store network?

Yes — the CMS is designed for fleet rollouts. Group screens by region, brand, store cluster or individual site. Push one campaign to all 20 in seconds. Dashboard shows which screens are online, what's playing, and sends alerts if a screen drops offline or overheats.

Advance-swap-out: we courier a replacement unit overnight, you swap it on the floor in 10 minutes, send the faulty one back in the same crate. No technician visit needed. 3-year warranty covers LED modules, power supply and controller.
