Build a workplace safety sign using familiar Australian safety-sign colour families. Pick a header (Danger, Warning, Caution, Mandatory, Prohibition, Fire, Emergency, or Notice), add up to five lines of body text, and optionally choose a pictogram from our library across five categories (Prohibition, Mandatory, Warning, Fire, Emergency).
Five materials cover most installs — Self-Adhesive Vinyl for walls and doors, 0.55mm Colorbond for premium permanent installs, 1.6mm Aluminium for high-durability mounting, 5mm Corflute for hoarding and temporary signage, and 1.6mm Polypropylene for warehouse interiors. Reflective film options are available as an overlay on Vinyl and Aluminium. Suitability and site-specific compliance requirements are confirmed during proof approval.
The live preview provides an indicative layout for configuration. If your text doesn't fit at the chosen size, the preview turns red and Add to Cart is disabled — shorten the text, drop the font size, or step up to a larger sign. Final layout is confirmed in the supplied proof before production.
Can I use this builder for a compliance-critical sign?
The builder uses familiar safety-sign colour families and a supplied pictogram library, but the preview is not a compliance certification. Tell us about any site, regulator or standard requirements before approving the production proof.
How accurate is the live preview?
The preview shows your selected layout, wording and pictogram. It is a design guide; the production proof is the final artwork you approve before printing.
What materials are available?
Five: Self-Adhesive Vinyl, 0.55mm Colorbond, 1.6mm Aluminium, 5mm Corflute, and 1.6mm Polypropylene. Reflective Class 1 and Class 2 are available as a separate overlay on Vinyl, Colorbond, and Aluminium.
What if my text doesn't fit?
If your header or body text exceeds the plate area at the chosen size, the builder shows a red overflow warning and disables Add to Cart. Either shorten the text, drop the font size, or step up to the next sign size.
What about pictograms?
Choose from the supplied pictogram library across five categories — Prohibition, Mandatory, Warning, Fire, and Emergency. The picker filters by category and search.
Are bulk discounts applied?
Yes. Tiers are 1–4, 5–9, 10–24, 25–49, 50–99, 100+. The unit price drops up to 40% at the top tier. Discounts show live in the pricing table as you change quantity.
Can I order signs with different text in one batch?
Not in this builder — every sign in a single order has the same text. For batches with per-sign text variations (asset tags, room IDs), email us a spreadsheet and we'll quote it as a custom job.
What's included on every sign?
Your selected header, text and pictogram plus a production artwork proof for approval. Pre-drilled mounting holes and clear lamination are optional extras.
How are delivery and pickup handled?
Pickup from Unit 4, 7 Erith Street, Botany NSW 2019 is free. Delivery is quoted separately after the address and packed order are reviewed.
Pictograms: choose from the supplied prohibition, mandatory, warning, fire and emergency library. Contact us if you need a logo, a different symbol or a site-specific layout.
Colours: the on-screen preview is a design guide. Printed colour and the final production layout are confirmed in the artwork proof.
Proof: we provide a production proof for approval and do not print until it is approved.
