Frequently asked questions
Where should I mount this sign for maximum visitor compliance?
Place it at the main entrance gate or reception desk where all visitors must pass. Ensure it's at eye level and well-lit. A second copy near the office door reinforces the message.
What size is best for a reception area or entry foyer?
Available sizes are 225 x 300mm (Small), 300 x 450mm (Medium), 450 x 600mm (Large), 600 x 900mm (Extra Large). Viewing-distance notes are a practical selection aid, not a substitute for checking the approach distance, lighting, mounting position, wording and site risk assessment.
Is lamination worth the extra cost for an indoor reception sign?
Yes, especially in busy foyers. Lamination protects against dust, fingerprints, and minor scuffs from frequent handling, keeping the sign looking professional longer.
Can I use this sign outdoors at a site entrance gate?
Yes. Colorbond and polypropylene are weather-resistant. For outdoor gates, consider adding lamination and reflective Class 1 to improve durability and visibility in variable light.
Do you offer custom text if our office procedure differs?
This sign uses the standard AS 1319 format and message. For bespoke wording or branding, discuss custom signage options with our sales team.
What discount applies if I order for multiple office locations?
Volume-pricing examples are 5 signs: 8% off, 10 signs: 15% off, 25 signs: 24% off, 50 signs: 32% off, 100 signs: 40% off. Savings increase gradually between these quantities. The total increases as you add more signs, while the average price per sign falls or stays the same. The configurator calculates the total for your selected quantity.
