Frequently asked questions
Is this sign regulatory under AS 1319?
No. Intensive Care is an information sign for wayfinding and zoning, not a hazard, warning, or mandatory-instruction sign. It follows AS 1428 for pictogram sizing and accessibility, not AS 1319 prohibition or hazard standards.
Can I mount this on a polished concrete or tiled wall?
Polypropylene with mounting holes works well on concrete with appropriate fixings. For smooth tiles, self-adhesive vinyl (available on request) is a better choice. Contact our sales team for material variants not listed.
Do you offer lamination, and does it affect delivery time?
Yes, lamination is available as an add-on and adds minimal lead time. It protects the print from scratches and moisture in high-traffic clinical areas. Add it at checkout or request it in your order notes.
What discount applies to bulk orders?
Automatic volume pricing is 5–9 signs: 8% off, 10–24 signs: 15% off, 25–49 signs: 24% off, 50–99 signs: 32% off, 100+ signs: 40% off. The configurator is the source of truth and updates the unit price as quantity changes.
Can you customise the text or colours to match our facility branding?
Yes, we offer custom print runs. Minimum order quantities apply. Email your brief with size, material, and artwork, and we'll provide a lead time and pricing.
