Vector is best (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). High-resolution PNG (2000px+) works for most logos. We can also work from a clean JPG or even a screenshot from your website — our design team redraws everything into production-ready vector before fabrication, so you're not locked into supplying perfect artwork.

Yes. Logos with up to 6 distinct colours are standard; beyond that we'll flag practical considerations (tube-join complexity, visual balance when lit). Multi-colour logos are priced per linear metre per colour — so a two-colour logo is not double a single-colour one.

Most logos do. The limits: minimum 6mm tube stroke (hairline vector strokes won't survive fabrication), minimum 20mm internal radius on curves (tighter corners require tube-join which adds cost), and connected shapes read better than disconnected marks (lots of small disconnected elements get visually busy when lit). We review every logo before quoting and advise on tweaks.

LED flex tubes come in 16 single-colour options plus RGB. For single-colour signs, we match to the closest Pantone/HEX reference and typically get within 2–5% of brand-exact. For Pantone-critical work (packaging-match brand guidelines, legal colour-lock), we supply a test-tube photograph against your brand materials before production. For RGB/animated signs, exact Pantone is not possible (LED RGB has a fixed gamut); expect 90–95% match for most brand colours.

Standard production is 10–14 business days from artwork approval. Express (7–10 days) and rush (5–7 days) available. Design review and mock-up take 24 hours. For wedding or event deadlines, tell us the date — we'll confirm whether it's achievable before taking deposit.

Yes — free 3D mock-up is included in every written quote. We render your logo-neon on a photo of your actual wall (if you upload one), a branded backdrop, or a neutral backdrop. Unlimited minor revisions at the mock-up stage — no charge and no production pressure until you approve.

We only fabricate logos you own or have permission to use. For brand-owner customers, we reproduce your brand mark exactly. For third-party logos (another company's mark), we ask for written permission before production. Common exception: wedding logos and event hashtags don't require trademark clearance.

Yes — Sydney metro professional install is available for all commercial logo orders. 2-installer minimum for signs above 1500mm wide or ceiling-height installs. $120/hr per installer, 3-hour call-out minimum per visit. EWP/scissor lift and existing signage disposal are quoted separately at the time of install booking.

Yes — $180 ex GST minimum order. Most logo neons land in the $350–$1,500 range depending on size, colour count, and backboard option. Below $180, the design + fabrication overhead isn't viable.

Yes with IP67 Outdoor option (+25%). This adds a waterproof silicone coating suitable for covered outdoor installations — shopfronts, patios, beer gardens. Direct-rain exposure not recommended; for full exposed outdoor, we supply a housing. Always hard-wired for outdoor (not plug-in) — requires a licensed electrician for final connection.
