Description
An AS 2416.1 prohibition sign with red annulus and water-skier pictogram. Used alongside No Jetski signage in no-wake and swim-exclusion zones, at council-managed harbours, national-park rivers, and water-skiing boundary delineation on major waterways. The picto-only format integrates cleanly into busy waterfront environments. Polypropylene suits inland freshwater skiing areas; marine-grade aluminium is necessary for marinas, coastal waterways, and high-splash exposure. Three standard sizes fit primary entry points and perimeter runs. Lamination and pre-drilled holes are included for straightforward installation. Bulk discounts apply to trade and government orders. Australia-wide delivery from Sydney.
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.

Frequently asked
Is this sign mandatory for water-skiing areas?
The appropriate safety-sign category, wording, placement and supporting controls depend on the product purpose, site risk and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with your WHS adviser or regulator; a sign alone does not discharge WHS duties.
What's the visibility range of each size?
300×450mm is visible from ~15 metres; 450×600mm from ~25 metres; 600×900mm from 35+ metres. Choose based on your waterway width and typical boat-approach speed.
Can I install these on buoys or floating markers?
Our signs are designed for fixed installation on posts, gates, or walls. Floating buoy signage requires different materials and certification—contact us to discuss alternatives.
How do I pair this with No Jetski for maximum clarity?
Mount both signs side by side at the same height and distance from the water. This visual pairing reinforces that the zone is off-limits to all high-speed watercraft.
What's the cost difference between polypropylene and aluminium?
Aluminium is typically 40–60% more expensive but lasts twice as long in saltwater. For inland freshwater, polypropylene offers better value and is still durable.
