Description
This danger sign alerts to flammable goods storage and the critical prohibition on smoking, sparks, and open flames. The red header with white 'DANGER' text adheres to AS 1319 for hazards posing immediate risk to life. Install at warehouses, distribution centres, chemical storage areas, and any location where combustible materials are handled or stored. Available in corflute, Colorbond, or polypropylene across three standard sizes (300×225 mm to 600×450 mm). Reflective Class 1 or 2 finishes improve visibility in poorly lit conditions; lamination resists weathering and chemical splash. Trade accounts receive volume discounts. Australia-wide delivery with 5-day standard turnaround.
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.

Frequently asked
What's the difference between flammable gas and flammable goods signs?
The gas version warns of vaporous hazards; the goods version addresses solid or liquid combustible materials. Choose based on the actual hazard present in your facility.
How often should I replace this sign?
Corflute typically lasts 3–5 years; Colorbond 10+ years. Inspect annually and replace if text fades, lamination peels, or physical damage occurs.
Can I order a mix of sizes for a large warehouse?
Yes. We can supply multiple sizes in a single order. Provide a breakdown of quantities per size, and we'll include them on one invoice with a volume discount.
Are these signs suitable for chemical storage areas?
Yes, particularly with lamination or Colorbond, which resist chemical splash and fumes. Confirm your specific chemical environment and any additional labelling requirements with your safety team.
What mounting options are available?
Pre-drilled holes for bolt or screw fixing are standard. We also supply adhesive-backed vinyl versions on request for temporary or non-permanent installations.
