Description
Sign-in and sign-out procedures are essential for duty of care and child safety in schools and childcare centres. This sign clearly instructs parents and guardians on the requirement to record attendance, helping you maintain accurate records and respond quickly in emergencies. Available in colorbond, polypropylene, and vinyl across four sizes (250×180 mm to 600×450 mm). Mount it near your sign-in desk, entrance, or drop-off area where parents naturally see it. Pre-drilled holes and lamination options extend durability in high-traffic zones. Platinum Signs supports trade accounts with volume discounts, flexible ordering, and Australia-wide delivery. Reorder quickly for additional centres or replace worn signs. Our online shop makes bulk purchasing simple—or call to discuss custom messaging or multi-site deployments.
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.

Frequently asked
Where is the best location for this sign?
Position it directly above or beside your sign-in desk, or on the wall facing parents as they enter the drop-off zone. Ensure it's at adult eye level and well-lit.
Does this sign have legal standing if a parent forgets to sign in?
The sign reinforces your procedure but is not a substitute for documented policies in your enrolment agreement. It serves as a visual reminder to support compliance with your duty of care requirements.
What size should I choose for a small childcare room versus a large primary school?
Available sizes are 250 x 180mm, 300 x 225mm, 450 x 300mm, 600 x 450mm. Viewing-distance notes are a practical selection aid, not a substitute for checking the approach distance, lighting, mounting position, wording and site risk assessment.
Can I laminate the sign after purchase?
Yes, we offer lamination as an add-on at checkout. Laminated signs resist moisture, pen marks, and fingerprints—ideal for high-traffic entry areas.
How quickly can I get replacement signs if one is damaged?
Reorders of the same design ship within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is 5–7 days from Sydney. Express options are available.
