Description
Use this Safety Shower sign at, above or immediately beside an installed emergency shower where the site's risk assessment and emergency arrangements call for the exact EMERGENCY SHOWER location message. The verified portrait artwork has a green field, white shower-over-person pictogram and the exact two-line legend EMERGENCY SHOWER, with a rounded black outer border. It has no eyewash symbol or wording, directional arrow, operating instructions, logo or printed product code. The verified catalogue sizes are 225 × 300 mm, 300 × 450 mm and 450 × 600 mm in portrait orientation. Polypropylene is preselected as the practical rigid option for routine indoor and general site use. Self-adhesive vinyl suits a clean, smooth surface; 5 mm Corflute suits temporary placement; and Colorbond steel provides a stronger rigid face for mechanical fixing. Holes apply only to rigid materials, while lamination appears only where the selected material is compatible. Position the sign so the complete pictogram and legend can be seen on the normal approach to the correct shower.
