Description
This dual-purpose sign marks high voltage areas whilst enforcing personnel restrictions. It combines the electrical hazard warning with explicit access control, making roles and responsibilities unmistakable on site. Complies with AS 1319 safety labelling standards. Offered in Colorbond, polypropylene, aluminium, and vinyl across four sizes from 225×300 mm to 600×900 mm. Reflective options (Class 1 and 2) improve visibility in low-light conditions; pre-drilled holes simplify installation. Trade accounts receive bulk pricing on repeat orders. We deliver Australia-wide within 5–7 business days, with freight calculated at checkout. Customisation available for site-specific requirements.
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.

Available materials
| Material | Specification |
|---|---|
| Colorbond Steel (0.6mm) | Rigid coated sheet steel suited to demanding indoor and outdoor installations. Print life depends on finish, exposure, edges and mounting. | Polypropylene (1.6mm) | Rigid plastic sheet suited to indoor and sheltered or general outdoor applications, subject to the print finish and site exposure. Indicative service life: Medium-term use; site conditions apply. Typical use: Warehouses, factories, permanent indoor/outdoor. |
| Aluminium (1.6mm) | Rigid aluminium sheet suited to long-term signage where corrosion resistance and dimensional stability matter. Indicative service life: Long-term substrate; print and site conditions apply. Typical use: Permanent outdoor installations and high-durability sites. |
| Self-Adhesive Vinyl (Sticker) | Peel-and-stick vinyl for smooth surfaces. Walls, doors, machinery, and equipment labelling. Indicative service life: Short- to medium-term use; surface and exposure affect service life. Typical use: Indoor walls, equipment labels, smooth surfaces. |

Frequently asked
Does this sign come with mounting holes?
Yes. Four-corner pre-drilled holes are an optional extra with a base surcharge of $3.00 inc GST per sign for the listed configurations, before any applicable volume discount. Select the option to update the configured total before adding to cart.
Which material suits outdoor high voltage substations?
Colorbond or aluminium are ideal for outdoor environments due to their weather resistance and durability. Reflective Class 2 adds visibility in poor light or night-time conditions.
Can I order mixed sizes for a multi-site rollout?
Absolutely. Trade accounts can mix sizes and materials in a single order, and bulk pricing applies to total quantity. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
Is reflective finish mandatory for high voltage signs?
The appropriate safety-sign category, wording, placement and supporting controls depend on the product purpose, site risk and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with your WHS adviser or regulator; a sign alone does not discharge WHS duties.
What lead time should I allow for a large order?
Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days. Bulk or custom orders may take 10–14 days; we'll confirm the exact timeframe when you place your order.
