Description
Mark acetylene hazards with a sign that meets AS 1319 requirements for immediate life-threatening risks. The red header with white 'DANGER' text and black message panel creates the contrast and visibility needed to stop workers before they enter the danger zone. Available in corflute, polypropylene, Colorbond steel, or vinyl across four standard sizes (225×300 mm to 600×900 mm). Add lamination or reflective Class 1/2 film for outdoor durability and low-light visibility. Mounting holes pre-drilled on request. Trade accounts receive bulk discounts and Australia-wide delivery. Order online or contact our team for custom sizing or large-volume quotes.
Final sign type, wording, size, placement and material depend on the site risk, project specification and applicable jurisdiction. Confirm the requirement with the relevant WHS adviser or regulator.

Frequently asked
Which material works best outdoors?
Colorbond steel or polypropylene with Class 2 reflective film offer the longest lifespan in harsh weather. Corflute suits covered areas; vinyl is lightweight but less durable in direct sun.
Do I need reflective film for a danger sign?
Reflective grades provide different visibility performance. Choose the grade required by the project specification and site conditions, and confirm any road, traffic or high-risk requirement with the relevant authority before ordering.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Contact our trade team with your dimensions and material preference. Custom orders qualify for bulk pricing and are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
What's included in lamination?
Lamination adds a protective gloss or matt finish that shields the print from UV fading, moisture, and minor abrasion. Recommended for outdoor or high-traffic areas.
How quickly can I get stock sizes?
Standard corflute and polypropylene sizes ship within 2–3 business days. Colorbond and vinyl may take 5–7 days. Bulk orders and custom work quoted separately.
