Every pylon sign in our range is pre-engineered against standard Australian wind loading and built from the same aluminium post + ACP face system. Pick the height that fits your site — we keep the spec consistent so you get a predictable price, a fixed lead time and a known install pattern.
3m Compact Pylon
Typical face 1200 × 1800mm. Single aluminium post, twin ACP faces, single in-ground footing. Ideal for small retail frontages, medical centres and schools.
4m Standard Pylon
Typical face 1500 × 2200mm. Reinforced aluminium post, twin ACP faces, optional LED halo surround. The workhorse size for shopping strips, car yards and churches.
6m High-Visibility Pylon
Typical face 1800 × 2800mm. Twin-post aluminium frame, twin ACP faces, optional LED halo. Engineered for highway frontages, industrial estates and large-format centres.

Aluminium post + base plate
Extruded aluminium post with a welded base plate for bolt-down or in-ground footing. Non-corroding, maintenance-free — no rust bleed onto your facing panels.
3mm ACP panel faces
Twin ACP (aluminium composite panel) faces with direct UV print. 5-year outdoor warranty on the ACP substrate. Panels bolt onto the post frame so they can be re-skinned later without replacing the structure.
Optional LED halo
Add a perimeter LED halo around each face for 24/7 brand visibility. IP65-rated modules with a dedicated IP67 transformer — included with every LED-option order.
5-year ACP warranty
We stand behind every pylon signage build with a 5-year warranty on the ACP substrate and print, and a 2-year warranty on LED halo components.

Is installation included in the price?+
Supply-only pricing is shown. Installation is quoted separately because every pylon site is different — we factor in footing excavation, traffic control, EWP access and local council requirements. Pylon installs are charged at $120/hr ex GST per installer with a minimum 2hr on-site + 1hr call-out per visit.
What's the lead time?+
Standard 3m, 4m and 6m templated pylon signs run 15–20 business days from artwork approval. That covers aluminium post fabrication, ACP panel print, LED halo assembly (if selected) and QA. Install is scheduled separately once the sign is built.
What wind rating do these pylon signs meet?+
Our templated pylon signs are designed for Region A terrain category 2 wind loading (most metro and suburban sites across Australia). Cyclonic zones (Region C/D, e.g. coastal QLD, NT) require site-specific structural engineering — those are out of scope for our templated range.
Do I get engineering certificates with my pylon sign?+
Templated pylon signs ship with our standard manufacturer's certificate of compliance covering the fabricated structure and ACP facings. If your council or landlord needs a site-specific structural engineer's certificate (common for 6m+ sites or high-wind zones), that's a custom engineering job — request a quote via our services page.
Can I order a pylon sign at a height that isn't 3m, 4m or 6m?+
Non-standard heights, bespoke panel shapes and engineered structures sit outside our templated pylon range. Request a tailored quote via our services page and we'll scope the engineering, footing design and manufacture end-to-end.
