Which flag shape should I choose?

Teardrop banners are the most popular — tall, narrow profile, eye-catching and easy to transport. Bow banners (F-shape) give you more vertical print area and read well from a distance at events. Rectangle flags are best when you need maximum artwork space, balanced height and width, or a more traditional banner look. All three use the same hardware system, so you can mix and match poles and bases.

Single-sided or double-sided — what's the difference?

Single-sided flags are printed on 120gsm SignWeave polyester and read correctly from one side; the reverse appears as a mirrored image. Double-sided flags are two separate prints sewn back-to-back with a 145gsm blockout layer between them, so both sides read correctly. Choose single-sided for high-volume roadside deployment and double-sided for trade shows or pedestrian-facing displays where both sides will be seen.

How long does a flag last outdoors?

Our flags use dye-sublimation printed SignWeave polyester, which is UV-stable and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. With normal rotation and care, flags last 12+ months in full-time outdoor deployment. Poles are CE-certified epoxy fibreglass with stainless-steel reinforcement and carry a 2-year warranty. Store indoors during extreme weather to extend lifespan.

Which base do I need?

Accepted Answer

For hard surfaces like concrete and tile — use a cross base, water base or square weighted base. For grass and soft ground — use a ground spike. For cars — use a U-shaped tyre base. For walls — use a 0° or 30° wall bracket. Jumbo and Large flags need heavier bases (7kg or 10kg square, or a water-filled cross base) for wind stability.

How fast can you turn an order around?

Standard production is 72 hours for small-to-medium sizes up to 5 units, 48 hours up to 41 units, and 3–5 business days for larger quantities. Large and Jumbo sizes add ~24 hours. Delivered Australia-wide; express shipping is available at checkout for capital-city next-day arrival.

Can I re-use the pole and base with a new print?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's what our Replacement Flags product is for. The flag sleeve, pole and base are modular. If your artwork changes (new campaign, rebrand, seasonal) you just order a replacement flag at a lower price and swap it onto your existing hardware. Pole sets and bases are also sold on their own for extending a fleet.
